These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Epochal, including our website, applications, AI generation workflows, and related services.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• keeping your login credentials secure
• all activity that occurs through your account
• complying with applicable laws and these Terms when using the service

We may suspend or restrict accounts that present security, abuse, billing, or compliance risks.

Service Scope

Epochal provides access to AI creation workflows, including model-based image and video generation, uploads, saved creations, credits, subscriptions, and related product functionality.

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

Credits, Billing, and Payments

Some features require paid subscriptions, purchased credits, or both.

By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree that:

• pricing, credit amounts, and billing terms may change over time
• credits may be consumed based on the workflow, model, or generation type you choose
• credits may expire according to the rules shown at purchase or in your account
• payments are processed by third-party payment providers
• taxes, fees, and currency conversion costs may apply depending on your location

Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once consumed or used.

User Inputs and Generated Outputs

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, reference materials, and other content you submit to the service.

You represent that you have the right to use the materials you provide and that your use of the service will not violate law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules.

As between you and Epochal, you retain rights in your own inputs and, subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, your generated outputs.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, display, and store content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Epochal to:

• violate applicable law or regulation
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
• generate or distribute malicious code, malware, or harmful exploits
• engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, or deceptive conduct
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, models, accounts, or infrastructure
• interfere with platform reliability, rate limits, or security controls
• use the service in a way that exceeds intended technical or contractual limits

We may investigate suspected misuse and take action including content removal, account restriction, suspension, or termination.

Safety Checks and Blocked Requests

By registering an account or using Epochal, you agree to follow our platform usage rules and safety requirements. You must not submit prompts, uploads, reference materials, or other inputs that include gore, graphic violence, sexual content, illegal activity, abuse, or other prohibited content.

We may apply automated or manual safety checks before or after a generation request is submitted. Some requests may be blocked before they are sent for generation, in which case credits are not consumed. Other requests may be blocked after submission by safety systems used in the generation workflow. If a blocked request is still charged by the generation workflow, the credits consumed by that request may not be refundable.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with these Terms, our platform usage rules, and any applicable third-party model provider requirements.

AI-Specific Limitations

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

You should not treat generated content as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Intellectual Property and Platform Rights

Epochal and its website, software, branding, design, and service components are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the Epochal service itself.

Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers, including model, storage, payment, email, and infrastructure vendors. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by those third-party services.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms of those providers.

Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every model or workflow will always remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use presents legal, financial, or security risk
• payment obligations are not met
• we are required to do so by law or provider restrictions

You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epochal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill, or content.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant service period preceding the claim, unless a different limitation is required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
